Lilac, the Michelin-starred Mediterranean restaurant helmed by the esteemed Chef John Fraser, redefines the art of dining. Nestled on the ground floor of The Tampa EDITION, the restaurant extends a gracious welcome to its guests, offering a delightful array of shared hors d'oeuvres as an introduction to an exquisite four-course prix fixe menu. Within this culinary journey, Fraser's distinctive creations come to life in menu features such as locally-sourced Snapper prepared in a cataplana, Côte de Boeuf Rotisserie, and Roasted Dover Sole adorned with fresh rigatoni in tomato sauce à l'arête.

Inspired by Fraser's Greek heritage and his affection for Turkish cuisine, the restaurant's dinner menu epitomizes his vegetable-forward ethos, spotlighting the freshest seasonal ingredients harvested from the Tampa region. Beverage Director and Advanced Sommelier, Amy Racine, elevates tableside service with the venue's own Champagne cocktail cart - crafting custom libations right at the table. Meanwhile, the restaurant's curated wine and Champagne selection ranges from elusive sparkling Rhône wines to the sophistication of Dom Pérignon, while the cocktail menu presents inventive renditions of timeless classics.

Lilac opens its doors from Tuesday through Saturday, enveloping diners in a welcoming atmosphere characterized by rich walnut flooring and pendant globes casting a gentle, inviting radiance. Anchoring the space is an eight-seat chef's table inviting guests to partake in a convivial and elevated culinary experience. The bustling open kitchen further enhances the lively ambiance, making Lilac an exquisite destination for gastronomic indulgence.
